I approached this project carefully, as it was clear that we needed to add scale and not only in the Uk but other countries. I studied our client’s business to create a focused and effective solution - and then watched it grow. I  loved working with this client and look forward to collaborating together on many more successful projects in the future.

Clients often approach Elliott & Co with a general idea of what they need, and this project was no different. We were able to jump right in with my expertise and really helped the Club with their selection process of an F&B caterer through a rigorous tender process, supporting the client through all aspects and being creative in my thinking.

I have now worked on 2 Hotel groups giving their F&B outlets/areas a concept and in some a destination -Â also one major 4-star hotel in London creating a new lounge and restaurant and rebranding their C&E services - currently working on a chain looking to enhance their services .
