About me : 25+ years in key leadership roles across a number of key markets. I always lead from the front and galvanize teams, and my clients held my high esteem.I spent many years working in high-volume sites across the UK and managing some of the best and most well-known establishments in my time with Elior before moving into large-volume hospitality with The Lindley Group, before joining Concerto as CEO of the largest event company in the UK overseeing prestige venues.I’m highly committed and I really do live and breathe the work, I understand the market, the consumer, and how to engage in increasing both spending and dwell time. In a market dominated by retail concepts and processes, I feel that I can still focus on old-fashioned foundations of business- an approach of strong client relationships, excellent service, great products, and great teams/people. My skills have also included Hotels / Rooftop restaurants and stand alone Restaurants .
